Several locations from Tangier through the Tetouan coast differ by only a few seconds. That small difference is below the importance of cloud, access and exact horizon geometry.

Long totality continues east
Al Hoceima, Melilla and Nador still receive more than four minutes at the checked coordinates. Travelers do not need to remain in the westernmost sector to have a substantial total phase.
Do not use duration as the only ranking
The popular Mediterranean coast has a documented marine-cloud concern. A clear inland site with four minutes is a better plan than 4 minutes 52 seconds beneath stratus.
