Updated the time-zone explanation after confirming the September 2026 GMT transition. Removed the obsolete claim that all other eclipse websites show the wrong time.
Refined weather advice to reflect the current Eclipsophile analysis. Retained the original astronomy dataset with explicit uncertainty labels. Updated the planning timeline and added proposed 5, 7 and 10-day journeys.
